Areas of ResponsibilityIt is the objective of PHOA to promote a high standard of residential development.The main areas of responsibility of PHOA are to administer and enforce the DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS for Parklands and CONSTITUTION in terms of the PHOA constitution. PHOA also control the transfer of ERVEN and UNITS in the DEVELOPMENT in terms of the DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS and conditions imposed by the LOCAL AUTHORITY restricting transfer. |
